TED.com video

I watched the video on ted.com with the title "1.3m reasons to re-invent the syringe" I used Google Chrome to watch the video.

New things I learned:
1- 62% of injections in India which are given are unsafe.
2-In Pakistan children don't go to school they pick-up the syringes, wash them, repackage and resell them.
3- In China they recycle the syringes.
4- In Indonesia the toy seller sells the syringes and the children in the school use them.

Solution for the problem:
- They invented a new syringe which breaks after using it.

So Useful .. liked it =)

Google project reflection - Picasa and Picasa Web albums

Google tools project was a very useful learning experience. For my self, I worked really hard on my training session. I got to teach my class colleagues about Picasa and Picasa Web albums. When Mr. Tridib assigned us the topics I said to myself "thank god that I have an idea about this program". :)

I have started to work immediately on the project. I read the project outline and the criteria and then I visited many websites to have a general idea and to learn more about this program. I thought it would be a great idea if I visit the library and borrow a book that can help me in this project and I did.

I prepared the training plan for Mr. Tridib and I have discussed the plan many times with him to make sure that every thing is good so far. In the night before the training I was so excited and I prepared my self and all the papers and materials needed for my training session.

The day of the training had come, and I thought every thing would be all right. Unfortunately, I was faced with sudden problems and I tried to overcome these obstacles with my best efforts.

I have finished my training session and I have received my feedback from my teacher.
